Show Handling
It's not as easy as it seems to present your dog at a dog show. You need to be very experienced and spend a lot of time to train your dog. The grooming and bathing of your showdog, as well as the cutting of nails and cleaning of eyes and ears are very important things to highlight all your dog's advantages and reach the best show results!
In the showring, you need to be very experienced and you have to know the answers to a lot of questions, for example:
- How should I act in the ring?
- How should the dog move in the ring?
- How can I present my dog as best as possible?
- What does the judge expect from me and my dog?
Often it's not possible to spend so much time on this or there is not enough ecperience. Because of this, we want to offer the following dog handling program:
- Counselling interview free of charge
- Show training
- Dog grooming
- Show handling
- Picking up and bringing back your dog from your home
- Taking care of you dog before, at and after the show.
If you are laying claims to all our services, we pick up your dog two to three days before the show and bring the dog back again to your home. It will be trained and prepaired for the show so that the dog trusts the handler as much as possible. This is necessary to achieve the best show results!
